We want you to be fully satisfied with your Padel Racket. All Padel Racket purchases are covered by our 7-day refund promise. You may return your Padel Racket within 7 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

How to Return Your Padel Racket

1.Log in to your account and start the return process.
2.Contact us if you need assistance.
3.Pack the Padel Racket in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
4.Include your order number, proof of purchase, and contact details inside the package.

Important Conditions for Padel Racket Returns

• Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted Padel Racket. All return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.
• The Padel Racket must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
• Handle Wrapper Policy: We are only able to offer a full refund if the original plastic protective wrapper on the handle is still in place. Padel Rackets with the handle wrapper removed cannot be returned for a full refund.
• Custom restrung, engraved, or personalised Padel Rackets are not eligible for refund.
• We cannot accept any used Padel Rackets as we are unable to resell them as new.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted Padel Rackets (and any free gifts) unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
• Please use tracked shipping and keep proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
